From a very young age, Dr. Boyce developed a love for nurturing and caring for others. This was later combined with her love of sports and fascination with the workings of the human body. She competed at the Bridgetown and Schoolgirl Bodybuilding competition and did CrossFit recreationally, which further piqued her interest in exercise and rehabilitation.
Dr. Boyce graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from UWI Mona Campus in 2016 and completed a Doctorate from the Evidence in Motion Institute in 2022. She has worked with many sporting teams at varying levels such as hockey, badminton and beach handball, and travelled with the Barbados Senior and U-21 Women’s Football teams 2018 - 2021, and the Barbados Women’s U-19 cricket team 2017 – present.
